So, I’ve had this “Vertical Lines” problem with my laptop for quite some time; When I moved my mouse between two monitors in a Dual-display setup a lot, something like what you see in this picture would happen to me and I had to restart my computer.
I think I solved this annoying problem by turning off the ATI PowerPlay feature from the Catalyst Control Center. so there you go, Internet. Hope this helps.
